We're constantly cooking and try to develop new products that feature the beauty of the Yakima Valley and the Pacific Northwest.  Buying locally as much as possible, we put a touch of Yakima in each product from fresh herbs to local photography.  Enjoy!

Infused olive oils (sold out for the season)

Italian Herb Tanya's own fresh basil, oregano and thyme go into this along with a touch of rosemary and thyme she has grown.  A great match to any of her vinegars for your own salad dressings or for dipping with that fresh batch of bread you baked for bruschetta.
 
Rosemary If you want to enhance your Rosemary Garlic recipe, here's a nice way to add that flavor.  Also great in salads and with the vinegars when you want to dip freshly baked Rosemary break with your favorite Syrah and some cheese.
 
 
 
 
Dips (sold out for the season)

Spinach Artichoke This is Angel's signature creation, and her family won't let her through the door at Thanksgiving if this isn't in her hand. 
 
Salmon "One night by myself, I took cracker's, Tanya's spinach artichoke and my favorite white wine.  I've never had such a good time watching a baseball game.  It was so good, I had to try her salmon dip with a friend on the porch.  They're both awesome!" -Mona
 
 
 

 
Vinegars

Raspberry This is Angel's latest, infusing at least a full four cups of raspberries into each batch.  Great for your own raspberry vinegarette 
 
Tarragon "I use Tanya's vinegars to cook my pork chops!  You got to try it" -Nora
 
Lemon Balm Angel uses this with cedar plank grilled salmon.  She wraps the soaked plank, salmon fillet all in foil and lightly drizzles this on the top instead of lemon juice to pull the cedar smoke out in the fish.  Try it!
